Pricing & Billing

  • All prices are in Costa Rican colones (₡). VAT not included.
  • The media budget (Meta Ads / Google Ads) is a separate cost paid directly by the client to the platform. Recommended minimum budget: ₡75,000/month.
  • The Scale and Warp Engine plans require an initial web setup quoted as a one-time project before the monthly plan starts.
  • Response times (SLA) apply during business hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. Requests outside those hours are handled the next business day.
  • In WarpChat, a chat means a conversation started within a 24-hour window. Additional chats beyond the 200 included are quoted separately.
  • Any scope outside what is described in the active plan is quoted as an extra before execution.
  • Plans require a minimum 3-month contract. Onboarding: 5 to 10 business days depending on the plan.

Privacy

What we collect

We collect only the information necessary to provide our services: name, email, phone/WhatsApp when you share it, project details you submit through forms, and basic technical data needed to keep the site secure and working.

How we use it

Contact and demo form data is used solely to respond to your inquiry, prepare quotes, schedule demos, and deliver contracted services. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

Sharing

We share data only with the processors that operate this site: Web3Forms (contact form delivery) and Cloudflare (website hosting), and only as needed to fulfill your request. We require those providers to protect your information.

Retention & rights

We keep inquiry data as long as needed to respond and for legitimate business or legal records. You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us through the contact form or WhatsApp.

Cookies

This site stores only essential data in your browser: a language preference cookie (warp-locale), your display-mode preference (warp-theme), and a flag remembering that you dismissed the cookie notice (warp-cookie-consent). No third-party tracking cookies are used.
